- Capture of all relevant data and images directly during the truck visit, mobile and on site
- Photo documentation of damage via mobile-device capture or upload, stored in an audit-proof way with the loading unit's transaction
- Seamless handover to gate management: the completed check is visible as a flag on the truck visit
- If no truck visit exists yet, for example when created via videogate or kiosk, the inspector creates it directly and starts the inspection
- A complete chain of evidence in damage disputes, fewer discussions with customers and forwarders
