Bookings, train data and status messages flow automatically via established EDI standards. Orders arrive as EDIGES and are matched to transport orders, arrivals and departures go back as CODECO, stock reports as COEDOR and depot orders as COPARN.

- Bookings and orders from operators and forwarders are imported in the EDIGES format and automatically assigned to the transport orders
- Train arrivals enter the system directly as EDIGES messages
- Arrivals, departures and status changes are automatically reported to the authorised partners as CODECO messages
- Daily stock reports per storage customer (COEDOR) and depot orders from the shipping lines (COPARN) run without manual effort
- Modular, interface-oriented design: partner systems are connected selectively and configured individually per partner
