Driver self check-in
Drivers register themselves, at the on-site touchscreen kiosk or by QR code on their own smartphone, with no app and no sign-up. The entry monitor at the buffer area shows who may drive in. That shortens waiting times at peak, even without staff.

- Check-in at the touchscreen kiosk: drivers enter their name, licence plate and the numbers of the loading units for return and collection themselves, including PIN verification
- Mobile kiosk: registration on the driver's smartphone, without app installation and without sign-up, secured via a QR code at the terminal
- An entry monitor at the pre-gate parking area shows which trucks may enter as soon as the office has given clearance
- Less manual data entry, faster processing at peak times
- Optional module, can be combined with gate management and videogate
