Container repair

From documented damage to the invoiced repair: damage is recorded on a mobile device in ISO 9897 format, the standard shipping lines accept. The container stays blocked until completion, and estimate and actual costs draw on the service catalogue and go straight into the invoice.

Container repair in detail

  • Damage is captured on mobile devices in the ISO 9897 format, the standard that shipping lines use and accept
  • Containers move to the status 'under repair' and are blocked until the repair is completed; status changes go to the shipping line automatically
  • Repair quotations with estimated labour and material costs per damage, based on the rates from the service catalogue
  • After completion, the actual costs are recorded and can be invoiced directly
  • Inspections without damage findings are documented and billed as a container inspection
